"Kara at memories by Menzies did the most beautiful photos of our newborn. From the booking process to the finished products we were supported and never left with question. Being first time parents we had no idea what to expect. When we booked Kara gave us a call and explained her process and options for packages - not that we had to decide until after we saw the photos but we knew upfront what different packages or single products cost. Once bubs arrived we emailed Kara to book our date and she was flexible with her time to suit our family. Once at Kara’s on the day of photos she had EVERYTHING: the heat was on so baby was always warm, she had a change table and bottle warmer, wipes in case as new parents we forgot or ran out of there was more nappies than expected. We felt so comfortable because the care she showed moving and wrapping and positioning our new baby was more than we ever expected but were so grateful for. Then came the viewing which we did online, we were showed ALL of the images Kara had taken and she helped us narrow them down to the number of images we were aiming for and what we wanted to spend. Picking the photos was difficult because they were all perfect. We stayed on budget and were able to ask for small changes or fixes to the photos. Then the pics we chose were edited and returned to us in batches as we made payments via our payment plan. We and our extended family adore the photos and am so glad we found Kara! Thank you again"
